The Bravo Digital Trader (BDT) platform allows for convenient fast-switching between items that have been added to quote form sections (Premises, Vehicles, Drivers, Claim Periods etc).  When an individual item is chosen from the main form, a table containing all items will appear at the bottom of the page.  The table includes the following capabilities:

• Add
• Edit
• Copy
• Delete

 

Accessing the Fast-Switch table

On the main quote form, navigate to a section where multiple items can be added.

Click the "Add", "Edit" or "Copy" button to access the item form

The Fast-Switch item table will now appear at the bottom of the page for convenient navigation and management of each item

 

 

Add

Allows users to add a new item to the list.  Clicking "Add" will load a blank item form

 

Edit

By clicking the item row or the "Edit" button, users are able to jump into that item's form and conveniently edit that item without returning to the main form.  

 

Copy

Clicking "Copy" will copy the chosen item onto a new item form.  Any data that is copied from one item to a new one should be carefully reviewed and confirmed before proceeding.

 

Delete

The "Delete" button will delete the item from both the list and the section on the main form.  

 

Item Navigation Options

 

Each individual form object item also includes several navigation options allowing for convenient time-saving entry operations.  Located just under the input fields, the navigation options provide the following capabilities:

• Add [Item]
• Copy [Item]
• Save [Item]
• Save & Return
• Cancel

 

 

 

 

Add [Item]

Clicking "Add [Item]" takes the user to a new, blank object item form which can now be filled in, and can be located in the Fast-Switch table

 

Copy [Item]

The "Copy [Item]" option will create a new form object item containing the values entered on the current form object item, which can then be edited and saved as needed.  

 

 

Save [Item]

Clicking "Save [Item]" will save the data entered into the form object item inputs and remain on the form object item being viewed currently.  This will allow users to save individual form object items as a work-in-progress without returning to the main form.  

 

Save & Return

Clicking "Save & Return" will save the data entered into the form object item and return the user to the main quote form.  

 

Cancel

"Cancel" returns the user to the main quote form without saving the form object item data
