There are multiple ways to unlock a client within Digital Trader. Follow the steps below to unlock a client.
Unlock Client Manually
To manually unlock a client, click the “Unlock” button in the client details from any of the following locations:
Results/policy pages within quote workflow
Edit Client Details page:
Client Search page:
Unlock All Clients by Logging Out
If a user has one or more client record(s) locked, when the user clicks the “Sign Out” button in Digital Trader, all client records tied to that user will become unlocked.
Automatically Unlock when Session Expires
If a user has one or more client record(s) locked, if the user’s session has expired due to timeout in Digital Trader, all the client records tied to that user will become unlocked.
